When I need time to think I sit on the bench and look at the pink plant that is unwisely growing beside it. Out of the realm where I spray the deer repellent and at the edge where I sometimes forget to water, it just keeps growing and blooming. It's nice to trust that some things work that way. Politics doesn't.
I really am not looking at these too much because this election is making me way too nervous. It is too important for me to even think about without being under way too much stress.
